  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the item is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. However, we will always assist where possible if an item arrives damaged (see our FAQ).

5. Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Change of Mind: We offer returns for change of mind within 30 days, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
